FAQs

Are we a good fit?

Yes, however my availability for these is obviously very limited, so if you’re interested in this please make it clear in your application how many you’re looking for and what your availability is so I can add you to the waiting list to be alerted when a slot opens up.

PT sessions will be held at Kingdom Gym, Birmingham.

There are 4 main things you will need in order to get the most out of your coaching experience:

  1. Bodyweight scales
  2. Pedometer/ smart watch
  3. Kitchen scales
  4. Smartphone (iOS or Android)

I highly recommend having an active membership at a gym if possible, as this will give you the widest range of options for your training. However, I can build your plans to reflect the specific equipment you have access to, even if that is just a floor mat at home. Please be specific with the equipment you have access to in your application.

I personally review ALL applications that come in, and endeavour to contact you via email at the earliest opportunity to let you know if I think there is a good opportunity for me to help. If I don’t hear back after my first email, I may try up to one more time in case you missed it.

If you don’t respond to the second email within 7 days then your application will be automatically revoked and you will need to submit a new application if you want to join. This ensures a fair opportunity for all new applicants to join.

I offer a number of different packages to suit different budgets and requirements. My packages start from £150 per month for a fully customised coaching service. Discounts and referral bonuses are available for longer-term clients, as well as the option to add weekly personal training sessions for an additional fee (subject to availability).

I encourage all applicants to be transparent about their budget upfront so we can work within a comfortable financial range to create the best value package for you.

Yes, I have a valid PLI policy through Insure4Sport as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.

Yes! I have specifically designed this product set for people that are new to training, as well as having more advanced options available for those of you that are already somewhat experienced but need that bit of professional guidance to get your physique back on the right track so you can continue on your own.

Absolutely. The great thing about online transformation coaching is that it is available to everyone, no matter where you are based. Whilst the PT sessions are only available for local clients, many of my existing clients are based around the UK (and some internationally) – all of whom are able to take full advantage of my coaching and follow their plans using the facilities they have access to.

Online Coaching is designed to give you all the tools you need to transform your physique – but always remember the following truths:

  1. Adherence Is Essential – Don’t expect to truly transform if you don’t stick to the plan. The results can literally change your life – SO STICK WITH IT!
  2. Keep It Real – I have over 10 years experience in training to a high standard, making minor changes to my nutrition and working with clients, so always keep it real with me and be truthful with yourself – HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY!
  3. It’s Not Rocket Science – This sounds obvious, but consistency can become boring. Don’t expect any short cuts or magic pills, the results will be the product of consistent hard work and dedication – BUT IT’S 100% WORTH IT!

When you are set up on my Hermosa Fitness app, you will have access to a direct messaging channel with me, where you can ask questions and get feedback on your training. Each week you will also be submitting a check-in form, where you have the opportunity to share your weekly progress, send me photos of your body, and even upload videos of your training so I can watch and offer feedback for next time.

Communication is SO important to making this work, so if you choose to take part in this coaching experience, be ready to tell me the good, the bad and the ugly so we can work together to transform your physique!
